One of the best buildings I have stayed. Polite security personnel, quick and efficient building maintenance team, supportive management team. No hassle even while vacating the apartment and fair deposit returns. -

Neat clean and well maintained residential property but now infested with cockroaches.Earlier the building management were carrying out pest control through an outside party - so the entire building was getting treated at the same time.Nowadays - they are doing it - in house - treatment - which is totally ineffective.I get my apartment treated for pest control from outside - that too does not help - as other apartments are still infested - so after few days - my apartment too gets infested again. -

Living here since 2017..the best Building i have stayed ever, access to metro, supermarkets and all of Dubais landmarks, A Buzzing location!! Well maintained & good security, Super Gym & Pool ( Good Privacy) -
