    A nice building in front of lake… with a nice ambience all around and running and walking track….gardens around the lake give more attraction… transportation is available at the nearest…. Swimming pool, gym and son-a bath facilities are available in the building….area covered with necessary shops and supermarkets.Taxi service is available as well. Dedicated parking slot gives more easy to parking for the tenants…. Nice infrastructure and a good looking balcony is available in the building…card access entry is provided and so unnecessary entry of outsiders are restricted…24hours security is available..highly recommended….

    Good place to stay with surplus facilities. It even has studio apartments for people living alone. Its very close to Production City, Media City and Palm Jumeirah. There are all sorts of supermarkets for your daily supplies. Security is also good. The traffic is usually less.

    Looking for cheap studio and 1 bed room flat..do enquire at production city.diffrent size studios are available having freeze and gas stove avaialble in some flats.rooms are bit small but compared to price its ok.
