Current resident of this building and just renewed for a second year.It may not be perfection (no place can satisfy everyones needs) but there is a lot of positives in choosing to live here.Location - very close to the metro and close to restaurants, salons and groceries, as well as carrefour.Cleanliness - very clean compared to some other buildings. The garbage rooms could use a bit more cleaning but is alright for now.Security - Excellent. In my experience the security teams make tenants feel welcomed and taken care of. I have not faced any issues in the last 1 year that I have lived here.Apartment layout- really nice and with plenty of sunlight and much larger than some other apartments available in the area.Amenities - small but very clean gym with all the basics you could need. The pool was recently serviced and has a great view from the rooftop. Lifeguard available.Neighbours - almost no noise from neighbours and everyone I have met here are very pleasant and it feels like home.I wouldnt hesitate to renew again and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a decent, quiet and safe place to live in furjan.

I had 3 wonderful years in this bldg. It was my home away frkm home. I love the lay out, the location and most especially the service I received from Kazi from security. He is helpful and honest. Thanks as well to Wasim, the security at night for keeping us safe. If you are looking for a place to rent an apartment, choose The Fern Heights!

I’ve been staying here for almost a year and have never faced any difficulties. The caretaker, Kasi, has managed everything effectively, and the location is excellent—right next to the metro.

I live in FERN Heights Al Furjan for 2 yrs. I love my overall stayed there. I had the spectacular view of Marina and JLT, its a quiet place to live. I didnt encounter any problem at all. Mr.Kazim the security is very much helpful, always greetings us cheerfully. I miss my stay in that place.

Fern height makes it feel like a home.Security is always helpful and friendly and greet you everyday.I live alone and feel safe in the building.The location is amazing and very close to a metro station. Maintenance has always been helpful towards me and the public areas are always been cleaned.

I have stayed here for more than a year. It was great experience living here. All the staffs from house keeping, maintenance & management, etc was so helpful and polite on dealing things. I will highly recommend this property to live.
