    I’ve been living at The Gate Residents for several months now and have been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and quality of living. The management team is highly responsive, ensuring that maintenance requests are addressed promptly and professionally. The community spaces are well-kept and foster a friendly, welcoming environment among residents. With its prime location, it’s easy to access local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily commutes and errands a breeze. Overall, The Gate Residents offers not only a comfortable home but also a strong sense of community that truly enhances everyday living.

    The building is brand new, I moved in October 2019. No studios, only 1 and 2 bedroom. Finishing is nice. Parking is covered, 1 spot for my 1 bedroom. GYM has everything, and sauna and steam room. Pool is amazing, it’s surprisingly deep, 7 feet on one of the sides, I like it. Supermarket and male and female salon just by the main entrance. I have 4 star because of the noise from Dubai Al Ain road, my windows facing the road, for some individuals the level of noise might be of, but for me I have to use the earplugs.

    A good and comfortable house, the rent price is high compared to similar apartments in the same area. Recently, a new building is being built next to it, and the construction sounds are annoying.

    Beautiful buildingsHuge 1bdrm and 2bdrm apartments.Nice finish kn the kitchensOnly con is that the apartments are not soundproof, so you hear a lot of noise from outside, neighbours and if you have friends over the neighbours would probably raise a noise complaintApart from that, its a lovely building with a steam room, sauna, beautiful gym and a lovely almost infinity-like swimming pool 😃

    The GATE Residence is an excellent apartment to stay in. Beautifully constructed and widely spacious.Extremely helpful security and cleaning personnel.The Security supervisor Abid is very professional and has gone out of his way to help every tenant that has moved into Gate Residence.

    Gate Residence Tower by Al Tayer is unique not just for the layout and design but for one man - Mr. ABID. He is the security supervisor there and I have never seen such a helpful and professional person ever. He is a big reason we decided to move there and he helped us out not just with the viewing multiple times but with every bit until we settled down. I would highly recommend the apartment to everyone. Well done Abid and you are asset to Al Tayer and Gate Residence Tower.

    Very beautiful building with friendly and ready to help Supervisor whose name is Mr. Abid, I stay in apartment 109 since moving i am very happy with cleanliness and maintenance of building, Recommend this building to families.
