I stayed here for 3 years and moved out later only because I purchased an apartment outside. Overall the building condition is good. I loved my cozy apartment and liked the fact that the apartment is cool even when I don’t put AC on. The unit was also very cheap compared to others with similar condition. The only disadvantage I observed is the tunnels leading to parking are quite small making maneuvering a little bit challenging, however it’s manageable. -

Despite the bad reviews, I stayed in this building 1 year and I haven’t faced any issue, the security team are always helpful and friendly, I wanted to stay but the rent has increased unfortunately… I totally recommend it … -
