    I have a 3 star before because the elevator wasn’t fixed but now they finally did. Amenities are the best, and one of the best panaromic views of downtown and Burj Khalifa

    Amazing apartment! Well-maintained property and the staff is friendly and responsive. The amenities are outstanding, including the infinity pool with a breathtaking Burj Khalifa view, a well-equipped gym with various sections, a spacious BBQ area for socialising, and even a tennis court for tenants. Highly recommend for an exceptional living experience!

    Great building, great staff, amazing pool and views facing the Dubai skyline. Room for improvement would have been a hot tub, sauna, steam room and tarping/covering around the tennis and badminton courts as its too windy to play most of the time in the winter and too hot in the summer... the lighting they have set up for night play is inadequate.March 2024 update - they put tarping up around the tennis court.

    There is a lot to love about this building and area but issues I’ve experienced are the quality of seals around the apartment. It has been letting sound and water into the apartment when it rains. As a homeowner I would be furious!

    The building is very beautiful. The facilities are maintained. Playgrounds and gyms. An endless swimming pool on the creek. The view is endless. Everything is close. Walking in the area is very enjoyable. Cafes, restaurants, and entertainment for the family and children. I lived in Apartment 309. It was wonderful and clean, as if you were in your home. Everything was available in it. The person in charge of it was of Egyptian nationality. The highest ethics and classy dealings. All thanks. We enjoyed our stay.

    Luxurious house. The views are better than other buildings. View of the canal, Burj Khalifa and Marina with yachts. Great community. Lots of families. We even created a chat with our neighbors and relax together, have breakfast, and communicate. I recommend it. From some sellers there is an installment plan of 40% for 2 years (now you pay only 60% of the cost). I myself am planning to buy 1br there. It’s a pity that it hasn’t worked on 2br yet ((
