Love the lobby. Love the hallway and lift. So clean and classy. Best building I have lived in so far. The area is also not crowded. This is a much quieter side of barsha but with access to tons of nearby groceries and just about 5 to 7 mins to the metro station.

Pros - amazing location, close to metro & SZR, decently maintained, built in 2016, steam bath, swimming pool, gym etc.Cons - room sharing in some flats, gym needs more equipment, cockroaches

The Grid residential building is a very good place to make sweet home. Well furnished 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK flat available there. In this building own Swimming pool, Gymnasium, Sona bath available and free access for staying in this building. Pak Darbar restaurant, Kandoora shop, Hair saloon outside of this building is available. Building have own paid parking spot. Very good lift service. Within 100 meter big super markets are available here. Building infrastructure is old, but well maintained.

Amazing.. I love living here..maintenance is perfect..you call and they reply within 10-15 minutes..building is kept clean everyday.. gym and pool are decent..they must not allow filipinos who share the apartments as they are the ones who make the environment dirty..we were told at the start no sharing allowed but was surprised to see many families that were sharing..other than that best building in Al barsha 1
