Good building and finishing! Dog-friendly. Great residence pool even though the sun beds could be changed. The gym has up to date machines and is clean. It’s comfortable also to have the Hotel a stone-throw away, to have a delicious breakfast buffet, quick lunch or easy dinner. I wish they would give residents a more attractive discount than the U by Emaar discount.Most annoying thing is that the fire alarm goes off every other week.Compared to other buildings, I very much enjoy this one!

Serene neighbourhood..perfect for a calm living in a bustling city..it is close to Marina and JBR so it is like living in the center...there is a beautiful golf clubs there and a nice hotel

Nice structure, location and community. Yet visitors parking is very limited and most of the times no availability that makes it hard to visit as no other parking options are available there.
