This is an upcoming project from Wasl, a top real estate management and development company here in Dubai. I believe this project will have good quality to say the least as I live in an accommodation operated by Wasl and their management, maintenance is top notch. I have went past this location and can say construction is going strong and cranes are visible on the horizon from the pristine beaches of Jumeirah. I have a good outlook on this project but alas, it does not have a significant impact on an ordinary man’s life. Architecture-wise I would say it is pretty okay. -
