Theres no better stay in Dubai. Youre practically in the Dubai Mall, 30 secs away from the Burj Khalifa and 5 min walk (covered with AC) from the metro. The facility is outstanding, two pools, gyms, saunas, and plenty of staff ready to help. This is Dubai Downtown at its finest. -

Nice place to stay. Great location in downtown Dubai. Close to the Dubai Mall, Opera House, and Burj Khalifa. Its a short walk to the metro. The facilities are good. They also have on site security. -

Perfect location in downtown.. excellent maintenance. the apartment and the building looks brand new. Equipped with literary all amenities that that one can think of.. have been using the party hall for many years for large gatherings and functions..used the private office and business centers for hosting meetings -

I cant complain of this place, just the receptionist name Yvette behave like evil. Been coming bere for more that 2 years 5x a week and my recent encounter with that aftican woman is such a hell! So ill mannered towards guest ! I hope the community management will take time to investigate for further details. -

One of the best places to stay in Dubai, super clean, very nice host, and its just a 5 minute walk from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay -

Proximity to the metro station and Dubai mall walking bridge plus the variety of restaurants downstairs makes it one of the best buildings in the downtown to live in.Good maintenance team available in the building and access control makes it a safe place to enjoy your time. -
