Located within the taj hotel in cluster x - with free valet parking.The entrance is a little bit tricky to find so better signage would be a good idea.Apartments are nice and clean with a premium view of the emirates golf club and beyond.

I reside at this building and it is really one of the friendliest building to live in.Right from the time you enter and the valet takes your car to the concierge services it is a joy to be part of this building and its community.The building has meeting rooms downstairs in the lobby which can be booked and used by the residents for meetings.The gym and health club is probably better than most hotels in Dubai.The views are spectacular even from the 18th floor.The Taj hotel next door has a lot to offer the residents with upto 40% discount at its restaurants which are Greek Asian and Indian cusines not forgetting TJs the bar which is very lively and buzzing with events on most nights.Huge credit to Signature Developer who really has understood the needs of buyers investors and residents.The flats are great and well designed and planned all very modern designs and high end finishes. Real value for money.Whoever lives here will I am sure share the same view as above.

This is by far the best luxury residential building in Dubai in terms of the quality of the building, the premium finishes, the views and the 5-star hotel-standard residents facilities. Its also the best in terms of the impeccable level of service provided by the building owners, the building management team (led by the lovely and affable Mr. Sunny) and the amazing and hard-working concierge and front desk staff who look after the building and its tenants. Signature Developers, who own the building, are in my opinion by far the most professional and quality-oriented property developers in Dubai. Amazing attention to detail in the building finishes and the level of service provided. This is a managed residence so you can expect immediate and excellent service any time you need anything done at home. There is preventive maintenance regularly done to the air conditioning and the plumbing. Pest control is done throughout the year which means you will not even find a single insect in the building. The quality of the daily cleaning of all the floors and common areas is 5-star hotel quality. Your guests have the option to wait in the beautiful, spacious and elegant lobby but you can also meet them in one of the two beautiful lounges/meeting room available in the lobby with free tea/coffee service for your guests. All apartments come with fully functioning Smart Home systems which means you can turn on and off all the lights and air conditioning from an App on your phone. Other developers provide smart home ready apartments which means you have to pay extra to have the smart home working. But here everything is set up and ready to go. The room and lounge sizes are extremely generous and not the match-box size rooms commonly found in Dubai. The open-air outdoor swimming pool, the huge function/party room and the fully equipped gym are all maintained and looked after so that they are always immaculate and clean. Round the clock security means that you always feel safe. And of course the fact that you can step out of the elevator and walk 30 seconds to the 5-star Taj Hotel which is in the same building is an added convenience, with its restaurants and cafes. (The hotel has its completely separate entrance and lobby). The building also has the added advantage of free valet parking for your guests in the buildings huge basement and podium car park, so they wont spend time looking for a place to park. I have fond memories of the one year that I spent in the building before I had to move back to the UK. But if I come back to Dubai then I will definitely move into this building. I highly recommend it and if youre looking for a prestigious address with amazing views over Emirates Hills and the Marina, then this is the best you will find.

The Residences houses the best amenities along with a dedicated and hands on team to cater to your needs, at any given time.A five- star experience and a worthy stay so far !!

Great place to live - i lived here for 3 years and the staff and facilities were amazing. no job was too small and they were so helpful. The apartments are also wonderfully appointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
