The best place ever…It deserves 1000 of 10. The apartment is big and has an amazying view. Everything was exits in the apartment especially in the kitchen. The place is so clean and it deserves to be visited repeatedly.. The most wonderful thing is near Burj Al Khalifa and fountains, you can go down directly from the building to the fountains..Thanks for the receptionist guys they were all so helpful and respective ..Soon we will come again and stay there…

We stayed here in January 2020. Our apartment was in the first tower. Loved the place. It was big enough for the whole family (5 adults, 3 kids). The place had everything we needed: a beautiful view, a nice kitchen, a good location, etc. Reynan helped us with all of our little problems at any time of the day. I recommend this apartment to any family. 10/10!

I have stayed at Bella Vista apartment which is available for daily rentalsI have stayed here for Four night which is quite enough to rate this property very much overall i can rate it 8/10 the Location I would give it 8/10 it’s not facing the fountain directly, you have to walk a bit, swimming pool is just away for a few steps from the villa,the stuff specially Mohamed Arif he was so cooperative and helpful , easy check in and easy handling the keysWhat I dislike it is toilet facilities need to be updated and maintainthe Mattress and pillows was uncomfortable at all , the pillows was so big , so my advice to you guys to bring your own pillows

Its a nice and comfortable space with 4 beds, a maids room, and a pool, overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Dubai Mall, and fountain show right in front of your eyes. Beautiful views both day and night

The apartment is suitable for families. The view is amazing, directly on the fountain. It is clean. There are all the supplies, including kitchen utensils and ironing. There is a security guard system. The swimming pool in the tower is excellent. We will visit the place next time.

Bella Vista Villa residence is very wonderful, clean and elegant. Excellent location and wonderful view. Very good price for living there. God willing, all my next visits will be in the same place ♥️
