Great place to stay, and it has access to the entire Burj Park by Emaar. It is within walking distance of the Dubai Mall, the wings of Mexico, etc. You can watch the light show from the comfort of your room.

I realized that it depends a lot on the booking agency, and we stayed with Elite Royal Apartments, so this review is for them. Everything was amazing, we got one 3-bedroom apartment that had everything and was very nicely decorated, we felt at home. But the most important thing was the amazing direct view to the fountains and Burj Khalifa from the 17th floor, we stayed every night from 9-11 pm to watch the fountains. So if you want the best view, I would clearly recommend this location. We only had one comment, and that is related to the air conditioning, when we arrived, there were 15-17 degrees celsius inside and even if we stopped the entire thing, it took 3 days to reach a comfortable 22 degrees, outside being spingish like 22-25 degrees, so perfect. I would recommend asking people before their arrival if they want to freeze or not :)

I lived in Burj Residence 3 with the people Omar and Adel. They were very helpful and the accommodation was amazing. It was quiet and the view was very nice in front of Burj Khalifa. May God give them good health. They did not fall short.
