Very nice room for family very clean also kitchen and bathroom u can see burj khalifa and dancing fountain at night.. i want to spend our new year here in this place..

Here is our stay in this wonderful apartment in Dubai ❤️ we are welcomed by the reception for the late evening check in and when we arrive at the apartment, we find it very fresh and with water in the fridge and everything we need at home, including shampoo and shower gel .The apartment is located on the 31st floor and is quiet. The mattresses and beds are comfortable and there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with sink and tub and another bathroom with shower, tub and 2 sinks)! Hi Guest is always available on Whatsapp to respond to all our requests. On floor no. 2 there is a swimming pool overlooking Burj Kalifa 😊 and about 200 meters away there is a supermarket open 24 hours a day with everything you need. At check out, the HiGuests guy helped us with our suitcases, both to close them and to take them to the elevator 😊The stay was exceptional! A deposit of AED 1,030 is required prior to check in and will be returned within 24 hours of check out. Thanks for everything, see u next time ❤️

Although it feels a little old, it has a solid feel and is a good property.Security is also quite strong, and suspicious persons are immediately called out.There is an entrance on the fountain side that can only be used by residents, making it convenient to take a shortcut when going to Dubai Mall.

Spacious and luxurious hotel apartments with excellent views, very easy check-in procedures, 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, there is a supermarket and pharmacy very close.
