Very nice building. Been here for 3 years and didnt face any major issues. JVT area is calm and the building location is very convenient to avoid traffic. Good maintenance and cleaning. On the negative side, of course, AC bills are a bit high especially in summer and the walls are a bit thin like every building in Dubai, but it still deserves 5 stars. -

It is a great building especially for families. We are very pleased with the facilities, maintenance, and overall staff support. The location is great; the apartment’s interior is well finished; the building floors are always very clean. So far we haven’t encountered any issue. -

Moved in here a few months ago from another apartment in JVT. I love being right across the park. There is a small supermarket below which is really convenient. I moved in here to be close to the exit to Al Khail road, which is 2 mins away. Pool was closed for a while but just opened up. They also have a gym. I saw many apartments in JVT but this was the most spacious. -
