Perfect locationGreat lay outs and facilities.Close to metro and tramSecurity well trained and strangers not allowed without record of their visit.Lifts does not work without access cardCameras monitoring your safetyAfter all renovations one of the safest building now.Sensitive fire alarms ( for some can be concerning but for safety it is perfect), people concerning about fire alarms that i cannot understand their logic( over 3000 residents or appx lives in the building, definitely it must be tested any time planned or not planned) .
