Th8 Palm Jumeirah was a fantastic sophisticated hotel to end our holiday of a life time and we will definitely be back !At the top of the Palm, the location of this hotel is amazing. We had a fantastic view of Dubai from our balcony. Guests have use of a private beach and swimming pools, which we took full advantage of.The facilities in the hotel were excellent and all the staff we came across were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble.In particular I would like to mention Catriena in reception who was very helpful and Jordan who was outstanding. After a long day traveling, and a very late but easy check in (we arrived in the early hours of the morning), Jordan upgraded both our rooms to suites which were both superb.Both our rooms were spacious, very clean, well equipped and presented to a very high standard.The suite had a kitchenette with an oven/microwave, hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.Both the lounge and the bedroom areas of the suite had large LED TVsThe bathrooms were very large and modern. One of the suites had an extra WC.Even without the upgrade the Th8 Palm Jumeirah would have been great value for money. But I have to say our rooms were amazing and this was a fantastic way to end our family holiday of a lifetime.

I used the gym and I must say that the trainer Firoz was attentive, kind and shared his knowledge and experience. I usually do one hr but with Firoz I did almost 2hrs. I had the best workout in months. Thanks mate.

My stay at the 8 was wonderful i enjoyed every last bit of it specially the pool which had amazing vibes and delicious bites and drinks as well as a beautiful view, definitely recommend and i will be coming back for sure

We had a business meeting in the area and decided to pop over to their restaurant for a breakfast. The food selection was great, everything was fresh and had a great flavour to it. Also Penny who was our hostess was a star, incredibly kind and attended us in a professional and friendly manner.Highly recommend

The Kids Club at The8 is fantastic! Large soft play area - both indoors and outdoors, with so many different areas for kids to play in (slides, swings, soft play, climbing wall, etc.) Jawhara and MaryAnne are so friendly, super attentive to the kids, and go out of their way to make sure both parents and kids are happy.

Amazing property. Perfect for a relaxing staycation. We were attended by Mr. Abdurakhim, he was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. We were 4 ladies in a suite room and it was quite comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend the Ocean view room 👍🏼

One of the best I visited in DubaiEverything was perfectCooperative staff, smiling especially the reception manager Mr Meina and also the Egyptian receptionist Kathreina . Really, this is the employee that I hope to deal with in any hotel. The breakfast in this hotel is different from anywhere.I advise anyone who wants to isolate himself from the hustle and bustle of work and work pressure to go there immediately and enjoy the beach th8 Enjoy staying with you.

I cant recommend this hotel place enough...excellent quality/cost ...super neat every corner but this is no surprise in Dubai...at the restaurent they were extra nice they went extra mileS... Paven the sous chef especially...my 5y/o boy asked him for macaroons which were not in the breakfast buffet he just went and got him a whole box from the cafe and BTW they are one of the best we ever had .... thanks a lot usually kids are not taken seriously and here they pamper babies and older ones just the sameAt night they kept the beach club open an extra hour just because we were sitting there...thanks Ashour

A nice, family-friendly hotel on the Palm with a view of the sea, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good and generous. We took a suite room and a hall. The hall is large and has a sofa for three people and a single chair facing it. A TV and it has a balcony overlooking the sea and the garden, as well as a dining table. It has a service kitchen with equipment for light cooking (kettle, electric stove, a number of plates and cups), a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. And a washing machine. The bedroom is complete and connected to a bathroom. God bless you, it is spacious and clean. The swimming pools are large and have services for an additional fee. There is a valet service and it is fast. Catherine and Divya were at the reception, frankly, among the nicest employees, and all the employees were also nice. We did not meet anyone who was not nice. The café has a barista. The Moroccan brother makes you the best coffee. May God bless him.

The hotel is in a special location and has a parking lot. The receptionists are welcoming and smiling. The branch manager is respectful and helpful. I took a room, a hall and a bathroom with a balcony. It has a washing machine, but the view is not direct to the sea. The breakfast is very delicious and varied. The seating areas are comfortable and the view is wonderful.
