Great place to live! The building is well-maintained and the community around is friendly and welcoming. It’s a comfortable environment, perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant living experience with family.

So far so good, 1 minute drive to Mohammed Bin Zaid Road....metro near by, green community near by, to have walk in the park, mosque is walking distance...... very specious compared to other buildings in the area. Price wise, way cheaper than Golden Sands building and even more specious..... maintenance guy comes almost immediately for maintenance, cleaning in the building is done on daily basis. Parking though, is a bit dirty and needs deep cleaning at least twice a year. Value for money, it’s the best choice in DIP

It’s in Dubai investment park. Opposition of Nmc hospital. Nearby metro construction is going on so once metro is ready it will be quite accessible. Two big swimming pool with gym facilities. Community are of mixed national. Pets are allowed. Maintenance is good. Dedicated single parking is available.
