It is nice place for who is working in Dubai. Because, it is staying in Dubai - Sharjah border and available very easy access to RTA Dubai Bus. I dont have any bad experience here in this flat.

A new flat should be given perfectly with painted doors and broken stuff repaired and fixed they have improved a lot unlike before however maintenance is not upto mark in spite of charging the tenants 1000 AED.

Pretty good place. One of the big disadvantages of the apartment is that the windows let in noise from the street and you can hear noise all night, which interferes with sleep.
