    All I cared about was location. And it was perfect. Everything is so close! Metro, JBR, Marina Walk, Harbor... nothing bad with the security was noticed. Everything was done nicely and quickly. The apartment had an amazing sea view.And all this staff I had got for a very affordable money. All the other towers were much more expensive.

    The neighborhood is the best place to live in. The tower in particular may not have the best management in comparison, though the security takes best efforts to maintain order at weekends and avoid uninvited visitors sabotaging the allotted parking.

    Located at the prime location in Dubai, Tiger Tower offers apartment rooms that are perfect for family stay. Courteous and helpful staff. Tram, and metro connectivity at a walking distance. Most of the cab drivers already know about this place.

    This building is perfect for a short / medium term stay ( I lived there for 2 months at some point ) but its nnot something I would recommend for long term living. In general the position is perfect, you are walking distance to Spinneys, African and eastern, Barasti, Zero Gravity and JBR. You can take the bus and go to kite beach. Not far from the Metro. The gym is ok and pool is terrible, but if you stay for one week/month, who cares?

    Its a good proeprrty of Tiger group. It is well maintained. They have a gym and swimming pool but its a little small. The security is tight and polite. No issues of cockroaches and pests till now.
