I had a wonderful stay at Time Place Tower in Dubai Marina! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The real highlight was the stunning view from the balcony—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset, with a perfect vantage point of the marina. While the building doesn’t offer an extensive range of amenities, the essentials are there, including a nice pool and jacuzzi that were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also a huge plus, as it’s close to many attractions, dining spots, and public transportation.

Nice, clean and well designed layout.Love the lobby and layout of each apartment. The lobby is a fab place to relax and just take a momentary break from the fast pace of life (literally I can sit here the entire day and actually read a book.Close to the marina but in a quieter inner lane without the hustle and bustle.Parking:Surprisingly, quite a bit of street side rta parking.

The most amazing uninterrupted views of marina. Very family friendly. Very well maintained. Easy going residents. Good amenities. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good security system. A great place to live in Dubai Marina. We’ve been living since 2010

What a beautiful apartment to stay in. We’ve been renting here for 3 years now …The view of the Marina & yachts passing by is MAGNIFICENTThe location is perfect - walking distance from beach, Metro & tramThe upkeep and maintenance of Time Place Tower is of the of the BEST I’ve seen in Dubai. Management is permanently busy with renovations to better everythingIt’s a clean buildingStaff is friendly AND professionalCommunication from Management to guests are goodTenants are ALWAYS informed of what’s happening and whenI highly recommend this apartments

We lived here for more than 3 years, really enjoyed the view, our one bedroom apartment layout and building facilities. Super helpful staff and the security system is excellent. Building was always well maintained (even in the covid times) and super clean. Excellent place to live in Dubai Marina.

I took an apartment in it from Airbnb. It was a nice experience. The building is clean and classy. It has three floors of parking. The location is at the beginning of the marina, and it has a door that opens directly to the marina.

Good service. There is a cool childrens room. The staff is friendly. There are stairs from the yard directly to the marina. The only negative is that there is no bin for sorted waste.
