Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are fairly large especially the 2 bedroom suites. Very clean and decently appointed. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, laundry etc., etc., nearby.Then of course Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance.Overall a good experience and great value.

The Hotel appartment is in a great location that is a few steps from the Mall of Emirates, the metro and is close to a variety of restaurants ranging from Indian to Italian. The 2 bedroom hotel room we stayed at is neat and spacious . There is a picturesque view of the city from the balcony and the room service is great. A special mention to all the staff, especially Rocky and the morning/night shift managers who were very helpful with any assistance required during our holiday. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel as it met our necessities and we highly recommend this hotel.

I have used this hotel several times, the reception staff greets you with your name.The interior is a bit dated, but everything else is adequate.we keep coming back for the staff named amor who looked after me from check in to check out

TIME Topaz Hotel Apartments really offer a good service for the money you pay. The location is very good and service and kindness of the stuff are overachieving the hotel category. I would like to mention Andrian from the restaurant who went over and beyond his duty! He is a real example of professional and client oriented employee. Carry on like that Andrian!

The staff are awesome and the 3 bedroom appartments rooms are great. We were happy because we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom from a 2 bedroom. And its just outside the Mall of Emirates!

Excellent hotel apartments for families and young people. I highly recommend them.The apartments consist of two rooms, each with a double bed, three bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen (including a washing machine, refrigerator, electric oven, kettle, and microwave).Free parking is available.The hotels location is central, close to the Mall of the Emirates, and you can reach it on foot.The hotel reception was very wonderful. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM. They didnt mind letting me in, and I didnt have to wait until check-in time. Everything went smoothly.The bathrooms have towels and hand soap. I asked them to bring me slippers, and they brought them immediately.In terms of cleanliness, the rooms were spotless.The price is very reasonable: 360 riyals per night on a normal day.In short, the hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Very good apart hotel, the apartments are super large and clean.Cleaning is done every day, the staff is smiling and friendly.The location is ideal, 2 minutes walk from the Mall of Emirates, and 5 minutes from the metro which is inside the mall.Traveled with an 11 month old baby, and frankly it was great.

Very good. The best thing is that it is close to the mall and the services are excellent, but its drawback is the noisy construction around it and the cracklingThey have an annoying problem, which is the tilt of the floor of the bathroom. May God bless you. This is annoying. Suddenly, you find water coming into the room because it started to tilt. You opened the water drain on the high floor, so the water collects and you get tired as you try to push the water that filled the bathroom to the drain due to gravity and the tilt. I tried it more than once, and other people tried it and faced the same problem.
