    The apartment block, regarded as one of Dubais first residential towers, still stands in the area that was then known as Defence Roundabout, The two-block residential tower is properly known as the Nasser Rashid Lootah Building and its owners,

    Very close to the metro station. If you are in the right room you get a good view of the Burj Khalifa. I was there in a hostel room and didn’t have any problems.

    Its a 15-storey building. very near burj khalifa and dubai mall. just beside Dubai mall metro station 2 number gate. its a old building. its a cheap lodging building. lifts are open 24 hour . its not so clean . the ground floor of the building there is many shop , restaurant, mobile shop, grocery , snacks shop. very easy to access. i was there in my Dubai trip my airbnb lodging.

    Toyota Building is one of the oldesr building in UAE. It is a residential building. The facilities are below par but the rooms are very cheap. Very low income family can find good rooms that meets their needs. Ita close proximity to the metro (200mtr) also makes it desirable for the middle incomed expatriates. But availability of restaurants is con. But food will be available cash on delivery over a call. Recommeded for anyone working in dubai mall area coz you can eazily walk to work.
