Trio has been a wonderful home to me for 3 years. If they were pet-friendly, I would have stayed for longer.Pros:- Easy access to SZR, Al Khail Road, MOE and metro- Easy access to groceries, salons, restaurants, medical center- Flat sizes are larger in comparison- Construction quality is excellent- Online maintenance management is excellent via AWR Residents app- Family swimming is a 23 meter pool worthy of doing laps.- They also house a family and ladies gym and pool, (yes there are 2 gyms and pools). Gym machinery is decent and there is life guard at the pool too.- Contract renewals were super easy complete with building management team- Balconies are large, they also use only vitrified tiles for their flooring and their lobbies and corridors are decently well maintained- 24/7 security- They also do have a back door entrance which opens to D-Parking which is helpful if you have an extra car parked behind the buildingCons:- Trio is not pet-friendly(which is why I am leaving)- Lot of noise pollution due to Laffah because they entertain customers who double park on a one-way road- Too many children playing in the corridors, becomes difficult to work from home

An apartment complex in al barsha 1 which has grandiose supermarket, local shops and restaurants a short walk. A ten minute walk and you are at mall of emirates or mashreq metro station. Gym and swimming pool lesuire facilities located on roof top.
