I had the pleasure of living here for 3 years. The buildings location is ideal for those who enjoy tranquility, although the absence of nearby shops may be a drawback for some. Despite being quite old, the building is exceptionally well-maintained, thanks to Mr. Parves, the building manager, and his team. He is a highly responsible and responsive individual, always proactive in addressing any issues and continuously seeking to enhance residents experience. He collaborates effectively with others to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone in the community. -
