Good clean building.No dogs allowed officially, but there are couple of tiny ones.Parking strictly 1 per apartment irrespective of number of rooms, “they say”.Zenner chiller, smartgas gas.Smell from kitchen can be felt in the corridor at times, you will get used to it.Good security and management staff.Tiny swimming pool, no steps or no less deep area for kids, no kids pool.Lifebuoy available if the pool is open -

3 bed + maid is very spacious, about 1800sq ft. Building itself is clean, quiet and has great access into Dubai. Most things are within a 20 minute drive. Area still developing but all essentials available within walking distance. Gym and pool. Kind neighbours and excellent staff! I really hope it stays this way. -
