Building is very calm and clean and neatVery polite securityNo smell , not crowded ,Just there is no amenities that it is fine for meClose to circle mall for gym and pool and allI am living here for more than one year. I really like this building

Praise be to God, God has helped me in investingIn a distinctive building in terms of payment method and locationFirst, the payment method is with a simple down payment and installments over 5 yearsWith immediate receipt of the unit to benefit from it, and this is what distinguishes itSecondly, the area of the units, especially the studio, is larger than other newer buildingsThirdly, the buildings location is very close to JVC Exist and also a few minutes walk to the Circle MallThe only negative thing is the lack of Facilities, but for me I prefer to go to specialized centers, so I was not bothered by it much.

Undoubtedly the best place for families.Big sizes and different types of layouts has attraction for different families and couples to stay peacefully.Building is well managed , with in-house facility management team who takes care of customers round the clock. The best things about them is they care their customers.Presence of professional cleaners and security guards.Highly recommended. !!!
