Excellent service and perfect location.Both day and night security were highly attentive, friendly, helpful and accommodatingSpacious rooms, nice gym and pool.Easy access to the bus or taxi. A few good places to eat within a walking distance. School and clinic within a walking distance. Lots of parks around you can sit and have good time.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay.

Nice building.....Nice views......Nice flats. Gym is best part of building. The building has complete professional gym. Swimming pool is also good. They have building maintenance all the time in building 24x7 hours. The building is very neat and clean and the security team is also cooperative and solves any issue Im living here and recommend to whoever is looking for an apartment this is the best choice .

I moved into V Tower a few months ago, and honestly, for the price, it’s pretty decent. The apartment layout is nice, and the building is well-maintained. The only thing is that the area is still developing, so you don’t have a lot of shops or restaurants nearby. But if you have a car, it’s not a big deal.

A Hidden Gem With Heart (Mostly)I’ve been living in this building for a while now and honestly, it’s one of the most affordable and peaceful places I’ve stayed in. It’s quiet, cozy, and well-maintained — exactly what you’d want after a long day. Huge shoutout to the security guard who makes the place feel even more like home. He’s always kind, helpful, and deserves a raise, honestly!But I can’t write this without mentioning something that breaks my heart — the handful of residents who complain about the three harmless, adorable cats that live in the basement. These cats aren’t hurting anyone; they’re just trying to survive. It’s baffling how people can be so cold-hearted toward defenseless animals. If compassion had a rent price, some people here clearly wouldn’t be able to afford it.Despite that, the building itself is lovely. Just wish more of the residents had as much warmth as the staff/other residents and those sweet cats.Really hope that whoever owns this building, will put in place some sort of cat food station (hoping they have a heart to do so) and those who don’t have a heart, to leave!!

So far, super happy with the place overall. It’s a great space and building.As a new renter in Dubai, I did feel completely. I was lucky to have agent Mohammed Al Ahmed from the Al Hirmas AlThahabi Real Estate agency guide me through the process extremely well and professionally. From the very beginning, I felt a sense of trust and knew I could ask as many questions as I needed along the way. Not only did he provide clarity at every step, but he also went above and beyond by assisting with setups and handling some of the up front tasks. With a tight schedule and little knowledge, I expected this to be overwhelming, but he made it the easiest part of my move. He also is such a prompt responder.I very much appreciate such a good first experience, a big shout out!!
