I was honestly hesitant at first because of some of the negative reviews about the condition of the building, but I decided to take a chance — and I’m glad I did. Upon arriving, it’s really not half bad! It looks like they’ve already started addressing the previous concerns. Management mentioned they’ve replaced the maintenance team with a new one and are committed to improving things further. Looking forward to seeing more positive changes!

I have visited the place cos I was planning to buy a 2bhk flat and I found that its well maintained and everything is in proper condition with good facilities and one of the guy from the management Mr Salman have guided me and helped me with my doubts with a nice and pleasant manners, he was very humble and polite its nice to have a meeting with him
