All maintenance management problems are resolved. The facility offers great service, high-quality care, spacious areas, a swimming pool, and a gym. Highly recommended.

Building has replaced the entire AC system 2024/25. While this remains one of the older building in JVC the walls are solid and private. The building has a unique, triplex, duplex set up with roof top pools. Building need tlc which the majority of the owners who live there are now working on.Nice neighbours. Very handy for Grandiose.Good basement parking. That has never flooded in any of the rains.Mobile reception in every corner of my house. I am on Du and Virgin. Been here three years now. Happy to see it getting better every year with owners that care.Building now has high owner occupancy rate.

Having spent several years at the Villa Mira residence in JLT, I want to share how pleasant and intimate this place is. Its with a heavy heart that Im preparing to leave. The community is welcoming, and the common areas encourage relaxation and interaction among neighbors..

4 star residency. Nice construction spacious flats pet friendly society. Nice swimming pool would like to recommend the place.walking to the masjid is tedious need a car to move around a few more outlets of day to day necessity and this could be a better place.

Great location, apartments are excellent quality. Lots of building work going on around the apartments. But should be complete at end of 2018.
