I visited Vincitore Boulevard in Arjan, Al Barsha South 3, near Miracle Garden, after seeing pictures on Instagram. The buildings New York-Chicago Art Deco style is impressive, and it made for great photo opportunities

A versatile white structure which coupled European design built in Dubai. Located near the Miracle Garden. This Promenade mall is open with many cafes and restaurants. Also now viral for photoshoots and reels in the media. No one comes back without a snap from there on their phone. Free parking lots available. Definitely a must walk place and chill particularly in nice winter. Thumps up!

Recently caught wind of Vincitore Boulevard through social media hype, and todays visit exceeded all expectations! Nestled in the Arjan community, just a stones throw from the renowned Dubai Miracle Garden, this charming boulevard spans a cozy 50 meters and replicates the ambiance of a European street.The variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and textile stores within the boulevard create a vibrant atmosphere. Most places offer outdoor seating, perfect for soaking in the lively surroundings. Visiting on a holiday, the place was teeming with families, capturing moments and creating memories through photos and videos.Vincitore Boulevard is a photographers dream, especially during the enchanting sunset golden hour and beyond. As the sun sets, the lights illuminate the boulevard, transforming it into a picturesque European street, drawing even more crowds. Be mindful of parking, as theres limited space near the boulevard. It might be worthwhile to explore neighboring streets for free parking, or check if Dubai Miracle Gardens parking is an option—though Im unsure if its exclusive to their visitors.Venturing beyond the boulevard, the entire area is a visual delight with beautiful gardens, walkways, and parks. Its an ideal spot to spend quality time with family and kids. Vincitore Boulevard has certainly earned its spot as a must-visit location in Dubai. I must say that the ambiance of the place was really great. Its a perfect spot for taking photos as the design and architecture of the building are simply awesome. The landmark is a must-visit if you are in Dubai. However, I would not recommend it for an evening out as the area is very small and you can finish exploring the street in just about 5 minutes.But fret not, there are plenty of premium and low-cost restaurants available in the nearby street, so you can easily grab a bite after your visit. All in all, I had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience in Dubai.

Honestly shocked by the negative reviews. People complain about having to pay for parking? Complaining about paying for private parking is like wanting to swim in a pool but not get wet. If you want the parking spot, you gotta drop the dirhams!Parking complaints in a private lot are like showing up to a spa and getting upset they charge for massages.Thats like going to a steakhouse and getting mad the steak isn’t free. It’s a parking lot, not a charity.Oh and hats off to whoever manages the responses to the reviews on here. You have a lot of patience.

Super luxury place with stylish residential apartments and commercial both.In ground floor there are many restaurant like labenese, Italian, indian,arabic and coffee shops as well,sports club like Spartans,,,holistic healing & wellness AyurVaidya is there,,Onyx medical centre is there and famous Pitfire pizza and My Govinda sweets and restaurant is there.Its location is in front of Miracle garden gate no.3,you can find there easy parking.

I’ve lived in Vincitore boulevard residences for a year and just moved out as I’m moving countries. What an amazing experience.The management is 10/10, fantastic security, things get fixed in a matter of MINUTES whenever you have issues in the flat.Highly recommend this place. Really sad to be leaving.

A beautiful building and absolutely delightful experience with the real estate agent Muhammed Ansad Khader! A great professional, reliable, very polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Muhammed has assisted at every step of renting process, always providing all the details, fulfilling all my inquiries and being very responsive and supportive!By far the best experience Ive ever had in Dubai and I rented many apartments before!And yes, VINCITORE BOULEVARD is simply amazing! The building is offering high class lifestyle, outstanding quality and excellent management! Having the App for the residents facilitates the communication and interaction with the security, maintenance etc. Very easy and convenient! Definitely a great place to live and enjoy!

Once you stay at Vincitore boulevard finding a place in par will be a task.Besides the opulent look of the property - a classy combination of white and gold, it does come with a whole lot of amenities which are very well maintained. The building management is prompt with their services and responses - a shout out to Mr. Khurram, Dilesh and Ansad.However, having said that the security sometimes can be too rigid about following the rules, mostly night time incharges.

I was born and raised in Dubai and Ive been a resident at this property for the past 6 months. The maintenance of this property is top-notch and small issues are almost always resolved in a prompt manner through Anacity app.In a separate incident, I had faced a big issue with a car cleaning company whose cleaner damaged the paint while cleaning my car. This company is tied with the Vincitore management. Since the cleaning company are under a contract with the management to clean the cars, the Vincitore team did their best to resolve the matter for me. The issue took a few months but the staff were able to get the owner of the cleaning company to close the issue.I would personally like to thank Mr Ramamurthy, Mr Shareef, and especially Ms Anjali, who went above and beyond in ensuring that I get the exemplary service and help in every possible manner whether the issue is small or big and taking my personal problem as their own.
