Good location, great apartments plans, the building is well maintained, a lot of parking lots ( you can but an extra lot if you want at any time ). A pool is clean and has a nice view. The Gym has all essential equipment. Recommend!

One of the best choice of apartment’s that you can reside within Barsha Heights , definitely in the top 5.Pros:1. Well maintained2. Spacious apartments3. Amenities are fully functional4. Security 24/75. East reach to carefour /MMA gym and few other quick food grab restaurants.6. Basement parking for residential or the commercial units.7. Easy reach to any portion of Barsha Heights.Cons:1. The maintenance troubleshoot takes a while due to the traffic of the building2. Visitor parking is not available, which could be expensive with the parking A slots and not more than 4 hours.

Nice tower and good & nice rooms .The swimming pool at the top is an added Advantage.Just that the nepali security guard at the reception is rude & shows attitude unnecessarily

Nice. The most thing I liked was that whenever you want anything you can get it anytime because guess what? CARREFOUR IS LITERALLY UNDER THE BUILDING. Security is there 24 hours which includes 24 hours of safety. Im pleased.
