We recently stayed in the WAFI Residences during the renovations of our villa, and this place must be rated the best residence in Dubai. From the start to the end, the team kept exceeding our expectations. The people are always friendly, supportive and extremely professional. A huge thank you to the whole team!

Well maintained building it contains companies in ground and mezzanine flord theb the other floor as hotel apartments delux one.. There is big reception and lobby at the entrance plus coffee shop and store at the end of lobby and many access around.. Located in Dubai health care city opposite Dubai health care city metro station you have just to across the road and its back of wafi mall as all of this area related to wafi group.Parking lot available for visitors as its convenient for all

Lovely well maintained, comfortable and low density bldg. and overall a great place to live. Very friendly and courteous staff. Could use some renovations however especially kitchens and bathrooms to stay relevant and in keep with the times.
