Its a very good place for kids and the apartments are very good it has so much places

Nice place to Live, clean buildings, very annoying carparking security.The Air conditioning temperature in the apartment seems to be reduced by the district cooling, the water heaters in the bathroom dont give you more than 10 minutes of hot water.It could develop into one of Dubais better communities.I have been living here since March 2020. There are issues as with anywhere you live.So far the good outways the bad.

One of the most amazing areas to live in Dubai. Part of the Nshama Town Square community. Beautiful walk ways and dedicated cycle path. A beautiful Central Park with loads of activities for children and adults.

Amazing area, got to know about it from an amazing Real Estate agent called (Mahyar Maleki +971527690900) who is a specialist in the area and got an amazing apartment with an amazing view of the central park

Everything’s good but the parking, car park security, and the amount of speed bumps they manage to put in less than 5 meters is just annoying.
