The key highlight of the building is the affordable rent and its value for money.Though building is bit old, it is a well maintained and clean property with optimum sized apartments for families.The maintenance requests are always attended quickly. It has a good security team, maintenance team, house keeping team and a 3rd party car washing service is available for serving tenants.It has a basement parking for all tenants which didn’t get flooded even during last year’s heavy rainfalls.One shortcoming is that the community is bit dusty, has less greenery and ongoing community park projects are not yet completed and open for public.

It is affordable rented apartment set of buildings. It has a basement parking space. The 1 bhk flats are decent but the 2 and 3 bhk flats are spacious with large balconies. The admin area is decent. It is close to Lulu Village, St Marys school and two bus stops making it an ideal place for families. It has standard amenities such as garbage disposable facility, 2 bathrooms, and building maintenance. The rent is affordable compared to the other buildings around.
