Great apartments, moved in a month ago. Family building so no sharing or bachleror apartments (marriage certificate mandatory to get apartment). Building is well build, maintenance and security service are on good level. Still a lot of apartments empty but slowly filling up.Not 5* stars only because of area (al quoz 4) as around the building is still industrial style neighborhood with a lot of traffic, people and no green spaces.

Nice and clean building. Would be great if surrounded by greenery and secure from backside as its very noisy all day. Even during night people are passing by loudly. Surroundings should be covered to ensure safety and security for residents. Noisy alarms are regular practice.

Amongst all my property hoping, this one was the most helpful and precise. Tamimum had been so detailed and clear with everything we needed to know. we planned our site visit, TIP - Ideally morning time.We were shown different options and layouts. We only wanted to improve or be shortened the preparatory days before we receive the unit, as it takes 7 days before they hand it over.Rest we were so pleased. The hallways are clean. We cannot go inside casually, it was restricted.As we go along the hallways, it was quiet and ideal for families. there was also not much noise we hear as if no one lives there. It was a great experience plus the whole package.

Nice rooms....1bhk for 46000 aed..... near to credence school, dewvale school and Al khail mall, Free gym access for tenants........ underground car parking.....full time security......there is no mobile network available inside the flat.
