I donno whether its closed or not . But if its not closed there is nothing to see in it . May be there under renovation. All stores seems not functional , emptiness everywhere. But a pleasant view to eyes may be they have a glorious days in the past but maintaining the beauty of that place well and proper care given to its properties

As you know it is Wasl property. Dont doubt about hygiene in this place. Wasl posses hyatt place hotel, azar al madina hyper market, pharmacy, chinese hot pot restaurant and all. Also near by there is Al ghurair center mall and Union metro station.

Nice houses... vast houses with a balcony... huge kitchen... vast bedrooms...good bathroom with nice bathroom fittings... parking is also available n extra parking is allotted on request n are paid... cycle parking is there for kids... play area for kids... super market is on walking distance as well... some good restaurants are also nearby... shopping mall like Al Ghurair is also on walking distance...

Al wasl district is very neat and clean place. It is very near to fish roundabout and Hayat regency also situated here. You can find a peaceful atmosphere here, especially in Deira. Al madina hypermarket and other business centers are also linked to this location which is very helpful for the tenants.

Having stayed in Bur Dubai, I like Wasl because its closer to the market (Naif/Deira) and also you could get affordable food to eat which are very good and also shopping malls. Accomodation too is more affordable here

A well planned district made in the heart of old dubai that is Deira. It has a bunch of shops selling perfumes, spices, clothes. Also has some of the nicest restaurants in this part of the city. Also parking is available for absolutely free in the basement. Must try is the ararat restaurant serving an armenian tradional food. You wont be disappointed
