We moved in a week ago, but read most other reviews prior to moving in, even though we had already read the bad reviews..So far the building has been great, the staff (security, maintenance, cleaners, car wash) has been great..In response to some of the other reviews:1) We live a middle unit, and have not heard a single word spoken in our neighboring units..2) We haven’t spotted a single ant in the apartment, or on the floor we live in..3) There is no rusty water, or leakage from the roof or anywhere else..44 Can’t speak for the A/C bill as it’s only been a week since we moved in.All in all a great place for the area considered..
