    I am happy with community facility. But I have issue with parking. We have been allotted ground level parking that is facing Dry docks. The particles from dry docks is spoiling car paints and windshield and glass with thick particles. All cars are affected. If wasl properties could address this issue by covering the open space, it would help in minimizing the damage.

    Many thanks to the Wasl Community for keeping it a brilliant community. However, Id like to suggest the implementation of all-in-one recycling bins that we had a year ago, for added convenience, rather than the separated mini-recycle bins that are separated by category.This approach simplifies recycling for residents and promotes a more straightforward recycling process, and no longer requires separating each recycle item in its own category. Otherwise, the need for separating each recycle item in its own category will discourage people from doing the recycle at all.The separated bins are only useful in public places (like malls or shopping centers) where you only have 1 piece at hand, and therefore easier to discard it in the right bin. However, in residential homes, people have alot more recycles piling up, and in these cases, the all-in-one bins (that we had few months ago) would be more useful.

    Really a great community for family. Full of amenities supermarkets and schools nearby is all you need. Very Safe and silent for kids.

    In general, the complex clean safe and arrange.Only I hope all humps in the can change to better one, because the current humps are very sharp and cause problems for car suspension, Else all are good

    So far so good i am living in wasl port view for 4 years now and everything is good, im happy in my stay, there are minor issues but the management of wasl quickly resolve it!

    Best place to stay with family and enjoy proximity to beautiful garden Doppio June cafe Grandiors and nesto and the security is amazing you don’t have worry about the family if you are away from them for few days
