Very helpful, easy to deal with. Compared to alot of Relastate agents they fair on price and maintenance taken care of. -

Al Wasl building with Split AC, Gym and full time security. As always with Wasl buildings, it is well maintained with quick responses. Due to the building shape many rooms are having triangle or slamming shape on one side. Location of the building is also very convenient with lot of groceries super markets Restaurent’s etc. it’s below 5 mins walk to metro station. Overall it is very building. -

The building is well maintained with a recent upgrade of cameras covering additional areas. The entrance is now restricted by codes. Overall it worth the rent being charged. -
