Overall a satisfactory living place.Positives:- Rent amount is reasonable. I have compared with Silicon Oasis, Nad Al Hamar, Al Warqa, Mirdiff areas.- Payment can be made using credit card in 12 auto debits per year. Cheques are not mandatory.- Buildings are clean, I havent experienced any smell issue so far.- Masjid and retail center is located inside the communityNegatives:- Traffic around the area is very bad specially in the mornings and evenings. So plan you travel accordingly.- Maintenance issues are common but if you complain using wasl App. Its get sorted within 48 hours.- Few parks and kids activity areas.
