The neighbours allow their kids to play in the hallway, screaming and sometimesbanging on doors. We all have kids here, but some allow their kids to roam around and disturb others.Some people leave their shopping trolleys in the elevators and in the hallways. Cigarette butts being thrown from windows/ balconies on the cars bellow.... some things can be improved. -
