The building is impressive! Conveniently located in a quiet green area, but very close to the down town. And the community is great!

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately we were greeted with nearly half an hour at the reception. The receptionist at the time did not have any idea about the system and could not find our booking. Otherwise, great place to stay, and we honestly wished we had stayed for more than 1 night.

My partner and I recently checked out this building and we instantly fell in love. The building holds quite a lot of amenities and services in addition to being situated in a really nice area of MBR, close to many shops and cafes. The units are fantastic and we just signed the papers for a beautiful 1-bed unit facing downtown and we couldn’t be more happier with the decision. The rooms are of high quality and the building is immaculately clean.

Excellent property. The area around this place is still in development but it will be completed soon. It’s a very walkable area, possibly one of the most walkable areas in all of Dubai. I expect real estate value in this area to significantly increase once the artificial river is completed.They are also building a new mall nearby that will be walkable from this building. The new mall “Meydan One” will be larger than Dubai Mall when completed.

The house is good, the decoration in the hall is decent. Apartments in good repair.The developer builds well, but of course the same cannot be said about his customer service.

The building is very beautiful and elegant, but the treatment of some people at the reception and their services with visitors is very bad, but after communicating with community service, I was able to solve a problem I had by an employee named Awab, of Sudanese origin. His treatment was very sophisticated and deserves thanks and appreciation.
