We had a great stay at Kasco Tower! The location is excellent — very close to the Burj Khalifa. We could see both the Burj Khalifa and the canal directly from our room, which made the view truly special. The room and the building were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cleaning service was available on request, which was convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay and offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful apartment we had ! The service guest is perfect, the location too ! For a very good price in Dubai, with free underground parking. The only little thing that could be better is the water pression, we were at the 17th floor, and it was a little bit low. But 5 stars anyway !

Staying at KASCO Homes by GLOBALSTAY in Business Bay is indeed a great choice for Business/Solo travellers due its central location in Business Bay overlooking the 19-storey Da Vinci Tower iconic building. I particularly appreciated the balcony view towards Burj Khalifa, the very spacious Swimming Pool area with sunbeds and the Sauna+Gym at Floor 1. Love the blue/purple lights of the tower. Netflix-Enabled tv and very quiet room. Constant and immediate comms with the Property and easy access to 24/7 Markets delivery at the door. A minor drawback that could potentially be relevant for some travellers: The Reception personnel of the building claimed not to have a storage room in case you need to leave your luggages along your checkout day but they offered to leave them close to the entrance obviously declining any responsibility in case of loss.

We lived in this house and were very pleased. This is a residential building, not a hotel, quite respectable. A very nice swimming pool is different from other houses in Dubai, here the depth is 1.80 cm, there is a sauna, a very good gym-fitness club with Technogym machines. Cool apartments with very good views. Our family lives here for the third time and liked it so much that we decided to buy an apartment here. Once again I want to note that this is a house with apartments without hotel service.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable and the price is reasonable 👌🏻I took a two-room suite and a hall for 500 Saudi riyals per night. It has advantages and disadvantages that I will write below, but in general, we were comfortable once and the experience will be repeated 👍🏻Features:🤩1- The suite is very large and spacious: two bedrooms, a very large hall with a dining table with 6 chairs, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 balconies..2- The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kettle, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, and washing machine..3- There is an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes dryer.4- They provide a bed for the child.5- Open swimming pool from 9am to 9pm..6- There is a mini market in the hotel and its prices are very reasonable.7- Its location is convenient, less than 10 minutes by car from Dubai Mall..8- The view is very beautiful on the Dubai Water Canal, and the Burj Khalifa appears in it..9- All employees are pleasant and helpful, and your requests are answered, even if you are a little late.Disadvantages:🥲1- Both bedrooms have double beds, and the sofa does not turn into a bed.2- Cleaning the room is not daily, but one cleaning day and the other day not..3- Hospitality items (water, sugar, and tea) are only provided on the first day of entry, and when the room is cleaned, they are not renewed.4- The kitchen utensils are not clean, it is clear that they are cleaning for customers..5- The washing machine drum was very dirty and we had to clean it.6- The lobby is very small and there is no coffee.7- The comforter in one of the rooms was dirty with a clear stain.8- The bedrooms are a little narrow..9- Control of the air conditioner in the two bedrooms is shared..💡Note:◀️When I booked on Booking, a message appeared to me: “Children over 8 years old are welcome, and my children are 1 year and 6 years old!!” I was very surprised by the message, so I called the hotel number and the employee, Bill, answered and said, on the contrary, we welcome all ages and we will give you a bed for a child 👍🏻◀️Without requesting or booking a view, we had a beautiful view of the Dubai Water Canal on the 17th floor (for your information, the last floor is 19)..

New tower and clean apartments. We booked two rooms and a hall. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. The hall is large and overlooks the Burj Khalifa. There is a 24-hour grocery store next to it and a restaurant. I recommend trying it.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation in terms of cleanliness and nearby services.The place is distinguished by the marina area below, where the promenade is nice in the morning if the weather is nice and very comfortable.And there is a mini market below that meets all needs.I liked the most the availability of a balcony overlooking the marina and the towers 😍———But the only negative point that I hope they focus on:Allocating spaces for smokers and non-smokers so that they are not next to each other in the rooms because those who smoke go out to the balcony, which is small, so the smell is annoying to the tenants who are adjacent to their rooms 😔

We stayed for a week in the Kasco Homes residence and we were not disappointed. The reception (check-in/out) went perfectly, the staff was very accommodating, the location is ideal for visiting the Downtown district, our room was clean and there was everything we could need.A small downside for the soundproofing (due to being close to the highways) and the fact that there is a construction site right next door with a view over it; It didnt spoil our stay in any case.
