Been living here for 4 years in 3 different apartments. Love the burj and downtown views, see pictures. Good value for money. Sometimes maintenance issues but they’re usually hands on it.

Lifts are very confusing and impractical, parking needs to be improved as it is extremely overpriced. The overall amenities are nice and comfortable.

I enjoyed living here: great location, clean, reasonable rent. The Lebanese douchebags playing crap music beside the pool was annoying - but this is Dubai.

I live in this building 6 years and very happy with everything. Rent price, maintenance team, quality of the building, management, security, facilities - all is good. Location is fantastic. Building is nice and clean. Surprised from the negative reviews.

I was a resident of Westburry Residence in 2018. My experience there was quite a positive one. The building is fairly new, pet friendly, the building management team is easy to deal with and security are watchful yet helpful.Pros:Amenities are new and well taken care off. Maintenance issues when reported, are taken care off promptly. The gym is well equipped and spacious, so is the pool. The location of the building is great, takes about 5 minutes to get to Downtown Dubai. I did not pay any agent fees as I booked the unit directly through the developer.Cons:Lifts are slow, I was living on the 40th floor and it took me more than a minute to get from the ground floor to the 40th. Not a major issue:D. Chiller prices were exorbitant. The management company Logic Utilities is ripping customers off. Studios dont have balconies. The washing machine provided did not have a dryer.

Living here since October 2017, overall great building management, but small and expensive apartments. Watch for the district cooling bill, it adds 3500 dirhams cost to your studio rentPros:Excellent maintenance so far, amazing gym, very nice pool, great location, parking includedCons:Small size of apartments,horrific cooling bill from Logic Utilities , no studios with balconies, no visitor parking, rent is higher than average considering that apartments are so small

Fair price for nice location in downtown, management is always kind and responsive to me, surprised for bad reviews, maintenance coming within 15 minutes, apartments quite spacious.
