Living since one month in this building.Its the biggest studio size you will find in Dubai at the moment.Its a gated Community, the parks in the area and pool/ gyms are very clean and not to much people there.Its very peaceful, the Appartements are very nice and spacious. The rental prices are in my opinion okay for the complete package you can expect there.If you have any problems u can call the management there, they will solve it immediately, Im really excited, they care about their tenants and their problems.But - If you dont have a car u shouldnt look for a Appartement here.There is no metro station in the near, and bus station is very far and not a good line, so a car is necessary, if u dont work from home, or in the near .Anyway Im very happy with that place and would recommend it to everybody.
