Very close to both Gardens and Discovery Gardens metro station. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are great as well. Pool is great. The gym is a little small but that’s alright. The rooms and the furnishing is great as well.

Clean and tidy building with spacious parking for car drivers.Nice facilities and near the metro for people without car . Exactly 5 minutes in the metro to go from the gardens metro station to Dubai marina.Security are very diligent.Personally I find it very quiet and Im fussy about noise but I guess it depends on who your neighbors are like most Dubai apartments or hotels .

Its a cute studio apartment. Security guys are good. Some minor issues like the alarm going off but that seems to be resolved now.People in the building are decent. Location is great and parking is good

I have been living here since May, I am very happy with everything that is here! Everything is beautiful and stylish inside the apartment, everything is already equipped by the developer, they clean it daily, everything is clean, the pool is a very comfortable temperature even if it is +40 outside. The metro is very close. Very professional security guards, they always come to the rescue, they solve all issues until they get the result! I feel calm, beautiful, stylish and comfortable here ♥️

First the pros:Nice neighbors, decent.Everything is new, the studios are quite large and with mirrors. I could even see the Burj Al Arab from my window.There are villas nearby, not many people, especially with the neighboring Discovery Gardens.The coffee machine in the lobby has a corresponding aroma!A comfortable large sofa.The gym is very small, but a good view and everything is new.The work area is good.Cons:Problem with the air conditioner, it was very cold and could not be adjusted. We were unable to adjust it.The toilet flushes so loudly that it seems like you are flying into space.They asked to replace the Arabic shower - it was leaking.The metro is not that far, but you cant go there in the summer. And the road is terrible, all broken up and everyone drives a motorcycle there.For some reason, they filled the lobby with artificial flowers. This is of course terrible.It is not so easy to drive up to the house. If you bring furniture, do so only through the parking lot.

WARNING WARNING WARNINGI dont understand the negative reviews at all. Ive lived here since it was built, and Im going to give my objective opinion, not just that of a tourist unhappy with their stay in Dubai. The apartments are spacious, even for a studio. Theyre all well-equipped with quality materials. You can control the lights, air conditioning, etc., with your phone. Its true, however, that there are a few outlets missing. The cleanliness in the building is IMPECCABLE. The maintenance staff does a very good job. The first caretakers of the building werent that great at all, but theyve changed a few months ago. The new one, a tall one, is EXTRAORDINARY and incredibly kind. The fire alarm, as everyone who lives in Dubai knows, goes off from time to time, but to say it goes off at 1 a.m. or every day is a lie. It must go off two or three times a month for two minutes. The pool is very clean, Ive never seen it cloudy and Im there every night, its true that it took them a while to find the right regulation for the cold and hot water, but its been a good 6 months since the temperature has been perfect at all times. The metro is a 3 or 4 minute walk, on the path near the metro there is a dusty 10 meter stretch, I dont see how thats the buildings problem. So the comment saying theres a chemical factory is nonsense, on the contrary, we breathe better here than in the city center. Unfortunately, people who look at the comments always look at the negative ones instead of looking at the opinions of people who live there year-round, its a shame or not, there will be fewer people and more space for me in my haven of peace.
