Nice building... Very clean And calm... security very kind and helpful..if any issues very fast responding... Good smell in corridor.. really one of the best places in Dubai ..I was in many towers in Dubai from famous developers.. building beautiful from outside but inside Awful

Clean and tidy building with spacious parking for car drivers.Nice facilities and near the metro for people without car . Exactly 5 minutes in the metro to go from the gardens metro station to Dubai marina.Security are very diligent.Personally I find it very quiet and Im fussy about noise but I guess it depends on who your neighbors are like most Dubai apartments or hotels .

Its a cute studio apartment. Security guys are good. Some minor issues like the alarm going off but that seems to be resolved now.People in the building are decent. Location is great and parking is good

Even they know your car and check if it’s all good 🥰They always write to me on WhatsApp and we are in touch with them! will always help! good job 👍🏻your house and apartment safe with them 🙏

Beautiful building in furjan nearest garden metro station

First the pros:Nice, decent neighbors.Everything is new, the studios are quite large and have mirrors. I could even see the Burj Al Arab from my window.There are villas nearby, there are not many people, especially with the neighboring Discovery Gardens.In the lobby there is a coffee machine with an appropriate aroma!Comfortable large sofa.The gym is very small, but nice view and everything new.The work area is good.Cons:The problem was with the air conditioning, it was very cold and could not be adjusted. It was not possible to configure it.The toilet flushes so loudly that you feel like youre flying into space.They asked to replace the Arabian shower - it was leaking.Its not that far to the metro, but its not that far in the summer. And the road is terrible, all broken up and everyone drives a motorcycle there.For some reason, everything in the lobby was made with artificial flowers. This is of course terrible.It’s not that easy to get to the house. If you bring furniture, then only through the parking lot.
