Very central location, with Shk Zayed Road at your doorsteps and route to Maktoum Bridge / Garhoud Bridge / Infinity Bridge all nearby.Maintenance team is friendly and quick response; although at time internal bureaucracy at Wasl / Imdaad can be a challenge.They have re-furbished the entire building from inside recently, and while it was frustrating.. its as if the building is just 10 years old and no more!Only major key concern is that the balcony sliding doors are not sound proofed, and it can get noisy specially for those who live facing the main 2nd December Road.Another major plus is that its chiller free: electricity bills are much lower then other places of this size.All in all - an excellent location with some minor fixes required -

Great place for living. Perfectly located giving easy access to all sides of Dubai. Great passage good for kids and adults also.Property managed by Al Wasl, good consideration and support from them during pandemic times. Maintenance team is quick and good. -

Ideal location as in between of shaikh zayed road and burdubai/deiraHuge corridoor, children can play and ride bicycles there, free central air conditionBut old bldg due to which have constant leakage issues -

An Iranian restaurant in the full sense of the word, beauty, sweetness, and the food is beautiful, beautiful, very beautiful, the place is wonderful and clean, their service is very, very beautiful, and the food is extremely delicious. I highly recommend it 😋🌹☺️❤️👌
