    Best place to stay in. it provides good gym, spacious pool for adults and kids alike. clean corridors.Bus number 30 gets you to Dubai Mall, it comes every 25/30 mins. There is an upcoming resident areas, restaurants nearby. There a clean garden nearby where you can go for your morning walk. :)

    We had a good experience with them except the first day of arrival when our check in was delayed for couple of hours because of some key issues and mismanagement, it was really inconvenient and frustrating for us because our son has special needs.The building is actually not a hotel appartment itself but they have few appartments getting services from Abidos hotel appartments so theres no reception or management at the property and you will have to call Abidos hotel appartments for all the matters everytime.The appartments are really nice and spacious.I really appreciate the services provided by their supervisor and cleaner Maan bahadur, he was very caring and accommodating throughout our stay.

    Its home. Ans very nice place to live. Building management are taking good care of cleanliness and security. My only concern is that recently I noticed some bachelors moving in lifts. So maybe not all falta have family. But all in all, better than any silicon oasis building ans more cheap

Single sink in some flats.Mix (Arabic & Non Asians more)Maintenance immediately attend & free.Sufficient fast lifts 4 + 3 + 1 ( Service / dogs lift)Sufficient space around the building, so safe for kids.For additional cars, Free parking available around, pakka and kacha18 flats in a floor. Bottom most 2 or 3 floors got additional space for balconies. Floor 1 got open room too.EMPOWER rates is reasonable compared to Skycourts. (My 1 BHK lowest 160, highest 450), Dewa 300 max.Gas by pipe (cylinders not allowed),costs AED 35-50 including a Service charge of 10 for taking readings)E311, E611, Hamdan Street, Al Ain road close by. Bridge to Al Ain Road Dubai Direction from Dubailand. So absolutely traffic free.Cycling tracks available near Global village taking to Al Qudra/ Al Barari.From 2020 years most school bus available.RTA bus to Dubai Mall Metro Available, 30 to 40 minutes. F30.Long nice views almost all Dubai. Sunrise is excellent. Sunset too. Most of the fireworks can be seen from home itself. Esp global village (twice weekly)For small families, studios are best deal. 1 bhk, 2 bhk, 3 bhk available.4 mix use parks in Dubailand community, at walkable distance 750m far or drive. Parks not next to Windsor. Lots of wide footpaths available for jogging and walking. In front of Building too some space for cycling or running for kids.Dont go to any agents for saving commission. Directly visit the building reception (before 6 PM preferably). Management Office is in the building and save few k. Security shall provide keys to see apartments. Polite team, rare in real estate.

    We stayed here for 3 years and can only say good things about the building and the management. Big apartments, with high ceilings and cosy layout. Pool and sauna is nice and well maintained. Easy to drive in and out from al ain road. Fast lifts clean corridors and huge supermarket on the ground floor. The building manager mr Jamini was always ready to assist us. Will miss the building a lot!

    Beautiful finishings, spacious apartment (1bhk comes with a storage room, guest toilet with a shower, large living room), polite staff. Separate lift for dogs. Large open area to walk dogs. Big supermarket on the ground floor with fresh bakery and grilled chicken.

    First and foremost my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jamini and ASGC team for such a wonderful support during the pandemic, I believe I would not find any other real estate agency who are as transparent and compassionate as ASGC and team are. They have gone out of there way to support me during my tough times during COVID pandemic. Wish you all the very success and am sure your company will raise tall with no limits.The property itself is very amazing and maintained, we had good neighbors too.... all the families and the bachelorette residing there are very considerate and supportive..... our kids loved to stay there because of the amazing pool and the ambiance created within the property.... I would suggest everyone this amazing property for the top notch staff and the competitive price such big apartments..... we stayed in P3-14 and our time there was short due to pandemic but worth remembering.... Our regards to the whole team of ASGC
