Nice apartments placed near by marina area. But they can improve the swimming pool maintenance.

Great location to live or stay. Its old by Dubai standards and yes there are more glamorous apartments with big fancy gyms but what you get at Yacht Bay is helpful and mindful security, a comprehensive maintenance team and plan and marina life without marina traffic .The location is ideal for public transport and driving and marina walk access. Plus because on 16 floors with 3 lifts there arent any lift queue.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay in for our getaway to the city; and I think that this place is a hidden gem. After reading the reviews and seeing the price that came with them I figured why not? Yes, the beds are high, but very comfortable and even added to the overall characteristic of the room itself. There was plenty of space for our bags, the windows brought in a lot of natural light (no need for electricity--also can be covered by the blackout curtains, extra kudos), and the bathroom was simple yet elegant.The staff was very helpful and nice when it came to valet and parking. If you choose to stay here, be ready to relax and not worry about reality because their checkout is at noon which is plenty of time to sleep in and not worry about being chased out of your room by room cleaning. Parking isnt included but it was only 25 bucks extra when I went

Could be worse. Swimming pool needs more cleaning. AC in the gym is blocked, means one cant change the temperature. Security works well. Lifeguard is not always present at the swimming pool. Outdoor jacuzzi breaks down very often. Dogs in the building. Some of them without a leashe in the common parts (against Dubai law). Location is top notch - next to the metro station. Big plus of the building is its size - only 16 floors, a low building compared to the rest of Marina.

Perfect location, just in front of Metro and Tram stops, Al Maya supermarket is just at the corner and JBR/Marina Walk at 10 minutes by feet. Well maintained, pool is very sunny. I love it
